WiLL Alliance was created by Stanzi Prell and Sue Lingua after personally experiencing the ongoing gender imbalance, researching the root causes, and analyzing the continuing feedback from males and females about the desire to improve the status quo.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Stanzi Prell
Stanzi has 30 years of global experience in large LEAN organizations, and has run businesses in multiple industries.
Born in Germany, she spent the majority of her career living in the US, holding leadership roles with worldwide responsibilities. She made a difference at renowned corporations in Consumer Goods and Industrial/B2B sectors, including Danaher and The Gillette Company. Stanzi spent her recent past with strategy consulting and Executive Coaching. She vividly remembers a Leadership meeting years ago, being the only female at the table. With female representation rising, she is extremely grateful for having had a chance to work alongside and learn from several smart, ambitious, authentic, funny, caring and successful women. She now lives back in her hometown of Regensburg, Germany .

Sue Lingua
With over three decades of entrepreneurial leadership, Sue has steered an executive talent search practice geared towards high-performing, operationally excellent companies.
Serving as a trusted partner and professional coach, she has consistently added value by strategically aligning emerging leaders with global industrial organizations. Sue's professional journey has been marked by a dedication to supporting male-dominated industries, often finding herself as the sole woman in the room. Beyond her professional pursuits, Sue, an avid traveler, currently calls Connecticut, USA, her home.
